Delete Your Account

On app versions that support sign-in, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open CBSE Prepmaster and go to the Profile tab
2. Tap your account (“Signed in · synced”)
3. Tap “Delete account…” and confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all synced data from our servers. Don’t see the option? Update to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store, or use the email request below.

If you no longer have the App installed, or your app version doesn’t show the option yet, email support@cbseprepmaster.com from the Google or Apple email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership by the sending address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your account (Google/Apple sign-in link)
• All synced learning progress, streaks, badges, bookmarks
• Squad membership and daily practice stats
• Messages addressed to your account

Progress stored only on your own device is unaffected — uninstall the App to remove it. Anonymous usage analytics (not linked to a deleted account) may be retained in aggregate.
